Refund policy
Groceries
With regards to groceries we have a 7 day refund policy, we will refund you only if goods are expired or defective we don't refund for incorrect purchases. Should you accidentally order a wrong item please email info@distrofoods.co.za and correct your order before it is dispatched so that we can correct and update the invoice and issue you with the items you want.
Nicotine Pouches
These form a different refund policy but similar to the above we also do not refund an order unless the product is defective or is past its sell by date. Please note that this product falls under the distro snus products and falls under that refund process.
Fruit & Nuts and Cleaning Supplies
Please note this refund policy is the same as the groceries. Please see above.
